  • SHIPPING
    • How long before my items ship?
      • We try to ship items within 2 – 3 business days from when you place your order.
    • How long before my items arrive?
      • Depending upon the shipping options you chose, mail delivery varies from 2 to 7 days.
    • Which shipping carriers do you use?
      • We ship most orders through UPS and USPS (US Postal Service).
    • Do you ship internationally
      • Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to the Continental US. International shipping options coming soon – so stay tuned.
  • PRODUCT QUESTIONS
    • The Boulder Caddy
    • Does is latch to my pad?
      • The caddy is made to fit securely between most standard size pads with out any additional latching system. Once the pad is closed and gear is organized within the caddy, it creates a very snug fit keeping the caddy inside your bouldering pad.
      • How much stuff can I pack in it?
        • Lots of storage space. A typical pack job that the caddy can handle is
          • Cell phone
          • Wallet, keys, misc. electronics
          • Two sets of shoes – 4 if smaller
          • One large water bottle
          • Guide book
          • Compact jacket, shorts or pants
          • Plethora of trail mix and all your food essentials
      • Does the caddy fit between taco pads without sliding out?
        • Depending upon how tight the pad is and how much is packed in the caddy, yes. We tried to ensure usability across all pads, but some larger pads or ones with large enclosure space may have some boulder caddy movement.
      • What if there is a quality issue with my Boulder Caddy
        • We stand behind our products so please contact us via our return policy section and let’s get you taken care of.
    • Product Quality issues
      • What do I do if I have a general product quality issue?
        • Please contact our team at services@mountainmethodgear.com. Product quality and customer service are very important to us, please reach out to our team so we can help.
  • RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
    • What is your return / exchange policy?
      • Unused / unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days. Returns/exchanges must include a copy of your receipt. Return/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
      • For returned items, after the item is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the money to be refunded to your card. Please email us to receive a return authorization number. No Returns or exchanges on closeout items.

      • Please send all return/exchange questions to: services@mountainmethodgear.com
        • You must obtain a ‘Return Authorization’ number before sending your return or exchange. Email services@mountainmethodgear.com in order to obtain an ‘RA’, with a brief description of your return/exchange.
        • Once you ship your return/exchange
          • For Returns - Please include your first and last name, email, copy of receipt and ‘Return Authorization’ number with the returned items.

          • For Exchanges - Please include your first and last name, email, copy of receipt and ‘Return Authorization’ number with the exchanged items. Please also note the item you are wanting to exchange this for.

  • HOW SECURE IS YOUR STORE?
    • Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bitSSL certificates to keep order details secure.
